We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for physical products only. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
